Together, let's make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.Responsibilities•Assist healthcare providers with documentation and administrative tasks during patient encounters•Accurately and efficiently document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatments in electronic health records (EHR)•Transcribe physician orders, prescriptions, and other medical instructions•Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation•Provide medical administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records•Assist with coding and billing processes to ensure accurate reimbursementQualificationsRequirements•Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role is preferred•Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support•Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems•Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment•Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs•2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role•Associate degree in medical scribe or Medical Assistant•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite•Flexible schedule and ability to work independentlySkills:•Medical administrative support•Coding experience•Patient service skillsPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
