We have an opportunity for a Medical Staff Services Coordinator in our Medical Staff Office.ResponsibilitiesThe Medical Staff Services Coordinator serves as an administrative resource to the Chief of Staff, Medical Staff, and hospital Administration. In collaboration with the Credentialing Verification Office, you'll act as a liaison between the medical staff to credential and privilege medical students, residents, fellows, advance practice providers through their process.QualificationsEducationHigh School diploma or GED Required, Associates degree PreferredCertification/LicensureCertified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) preferredSkillsThree years in Medical Staff services and/or five years in hospital experience preferredKnowledge of accreditation and certification requirements preferred.
