The Nurse Manager Medical Surgical will oversee a 20+ bed unit and will be responsible for clinical and administrative operations, fiscal management, maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations, collaborating with other department leaders, and ensuring that your staff and department are operating at the highest level possible. The Nurse Medical Surgical Manager will be an experienced nursing leader in acute care hospital Medical Surgical specialty.
The RN Manager Medical Surgical will be supported by an experienced Medical Surgical nursing support staff to ensure that all the goals of the department are being met. The Nurse Medical Surgical Manager will report directly to the Medical Surgical Director and collaborate with them on unit goals and initiatives.
