Position: Registered NurseDept: Med/SurgLocations: Summit, NJPay: $65/HR (Travel Pay Package Offered)

Schedule: 3x12 with Rotating weekends

• Nights, 7pm - 7:30am

Overview: Provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults. Assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and education

Requirements:

• NJ or Compact State RN Licensed
• BSN or ASN
• 2 Years of recent Med/Surg, IV Insertion, and phlebotomy experience
• AHA BLS

Duties

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical/surgical unit, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, while monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
