- Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg/Telemetry float pool at Wilson and Binghamton General Campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced MedSurg/Telemetry environment.
- Float to various units within the hospital as needed.
- Perform essential nursing procedures, including central line placement, lumbar puncture, cardioversion, chest tube placement, wound care, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.
- Utilize the EPIC charting system.
- Adhere to strict compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active New York State RN license.
- BLS, and ACLS certifications are required.
- NIH certification preferred.
- Tele Interpretation certification is required.
- Minimum 1 year of MedSurg/Telemetry experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
