We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide compassionate care to patients in our 27-bed unit.Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care to patients
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications
- Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other clinical data
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize EPIC charting for documentation
- Operate specialized equipment, such as Alaris Pumps
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Flexibility to float between WMC and BGH campuses as needed
