The RN Med Surg Tele, will report directly to the Nurse Manager of the Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit. This role involves collaboration with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

The Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit is a fast-paced, 24-bed unit specializing in the care of patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Our team of skilled nurses provides continuous cardiac monitoring and advanced medical-surgical care, ensuring comprehensive treatment and recovery for our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Med Surg Tele Unit.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and unit activities.

Requirements:

• RN Degree and License.
• Strong knowledge of medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
