Job Description:
Description We are looking for a sharp mind with excellent communication skills to ensure the effective adoption and use of our digital tools, and to serve as the first point of contact for incident resolution. As a Medical Systems Integration Coordinator you need to be digital-savvy, curious and a self-learner. Lead on Veeva Product Expertise:
  • Become a subject matter expert in Veeva products, with a focus on Auto Publish & Engage Share to support the acceleration on Digital and Hybrid omnichannel engagements.
  • Attend weekly Veeva calls to stay informed about ongoing projects and follow up with relevant teams as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates to the internal Medical Digital team on upcoming changes, improvements and updates to the system led by Veeva or GSK.
  • Create and maintain an update to date roadmap for Veeva and related products.
  • Raise new AHA (Action, Hold, Action) demands for Veeva/MedComms/Content Lab requests and ensure their completion.
  • Assist in the creation of global Veeva-approved emails and coordinate their dissemination around major congresses.
  • Identify synergies and emerging opportunities for the integrations and synchronisation of Veeva (data) with other Medical Systems.Lead on medical systems training and support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all LOC (Local Operating Company) inquiries, providing support via email, Teams, and phone as needed.
    • Create video and text tutorials to train end users and post these resources on internal channels.
    • Review current trainings and make any necessary updates so that users can access the latest trainings and features.
    • Provide hands-on support to markets for the use of Veeva Approved Materials.Monitoring and Problem Solving:
      • Regularly monitor the usage of Veeva tools and identify any problem areas.
      • Gather feedback on performance and areas of improvement from the LOC.
      • Track the adoption of Veeva Link (or other Veeva related solutions) and conduct regular communications and training sessions around new features.Qualifications:
        • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
        • Available to start mornings at 7am EST most days.
        • Willingness and ability to come to the Durham, NC ViiV office 2-3 times a week is a plus.
        • Strong communication skills and ability to support users effectively.
        • Quick learner with the ability to master digital tools and systems.
        • Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and strong sense of urgency.
        • Familiarity with Veeva products is a plus but not required.Note: This role does not require a software engineering or highly technical background. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
