YSEOP has developed a unique solution that provides automated analysis based on Clinical Study Data and documents, and therefore enables our customers to dramatically accelerate the production of the regulatory documents required for Drug submission.

The Customer Success team is a cornerstone of understanding our customers needs, delivering applications with high business value, supporting Yseop customers in growing usage, and creating the right engagement for the right customer at the right time.

YSEOP is opening a new position in its Customer Success Team to support its Pharmaceutical clients during the implementation of YSEOP solution as well as supporting the drug submission process.

Your mission

YSEOP Customer Success Medical Writer will be responsible for the development and management of clinical documents using Yseop s GenAI platform.

The specific responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Configuring Yseop solution to generate medical writing documents.
  • Ensuring that documents are high-quality in terms of scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, consistency, and adherence to relevant client and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reviewing, editing, and ensuring the quality of documents configured and prepared by other members of Yseop s team (Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success).
  • Consistently applying multiple formatting preferences and standards across all assigned projects.
  • Maintaining familiarity with current healthcare industry trends, pharmaceutical practices and regulatory requirements that affect medical writing.
  • Working closely with external SMEs (e.g. Yseop customers' Medical Writers) and providing guidance and feedback during workshops and other meetings.
  • Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Clinical Data Analysts and Product Managers on preparing and presenting Yseop s GenAI Platform Demos to external Medical Writers and review teams.
  • Training and mentoring other members of the Yseop team on general medical writing practices.

You will develop an understanding of Yseop products and services to provide high value-add advice to Pharma customer stakeholders at all levels.

You ll report to the VP Customer Success based in New York and join a global, diverse and international team based both in Paris and New York City.

Your profile

  • A bachelor s degree, preferably in a scientific or technical discipline, is required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of previous professional medical writing experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical-related field
  • Previous experience writing Clinical Study Reports, Clinical Summaries, or Patient Narratives
  • Knowledge of established clinical guidelines preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and applications, experience in the use of a document management system and general tech savviness.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service, supporting and driving our customers business success
  • Have excellent listening, communication and presentation skills with strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly
  • Ability to meet deadlines and support multiple projects due by key deliverable dates
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt to new features and functionality with evolving products
