You will work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, providing evidence-based treatment and support.Responsibilities:* Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and counseling.* Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA-approved medications (e.g., methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.* Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.* Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards for MAT.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), Social Work (MSW), or a related field.* DEA X Waiver or ability to obtain one.* Experience in substance use disorder treatment and MAT.* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust.* Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to [Email Address] or apply online at [Application Link, if applicable].We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our organization.
