What it's like to be a Medicare Telesales Representative (Hybrid) at Medicare Telesales Representative (Hybrid)

As a Medicare Telesales Representative at VillageCare, you will play a pivotal role under the guidance of the Business Development/Training Manager, Sales Operations. This position requires you to engage positively and consistently with prospective members through daily telephone interactions. Your responsibilities will include educating potential clients about VillageCareMAX Medicare products, enrolling them over the phone, and managing a robust follow-up system on inbound leads. You will conduct sales presentations using approved scripts, aiming to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas, while cross-selling and closing various product lines. By developing a strategic pipeline plan and leveraging sales technology, you will enhance your effectiveness in tracking call activities and maintaining relationships with referral sources.

Additionally, you will assist existing Medicare members throughout the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, all while contributing to the growth and profitability of VillageCareMAX.
