Job Overview:

Medical Operations is a department of Rendr which provides centralized support for our medical providers, from streamlining administrative processes to ensuring seamless, high-quality patient-centered care. The MedOps Clinical Associate will provide support to the medical operations department and contribute to ongoing projects related to process improvement, patient safety, or compliance.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with the project manager and or directors of Medical Operations.
  • Support Medical Operation team by preparing and or editing presentations or policies.
  • Responsible for high volume of data collection.
  • Perform administrative duties, including research related to projects and updating of related trackers.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems, including our EMR and company portals.
  • Courteous, empathic, and professional manner.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility with a full-time work schedule including evening, rotating hours, if needed.
  • Prior medical office experience preferred but not required.
  • Some knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
