Furthermore, you will benefit from career development opportunities with an internationally growing company.Location: Hybrid - Greater Boston areaAs an Event Specialist at icotec, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing a wide range of events that support our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will involve managing the logistics, operations, and compliance for various educational, marketing, and sales events. You will act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful event execution, while also supporting the strategic alignment of events with icotec's goals.Responsibilities:Oversee logistics for Healthcare Professionals at all icotec events.Support event planning, execution, and post-event activities for educational, marketing, and sales partner events.Provide operational and administrative support for event activities.Manage participant coordination for assigned educational events.Assist with on-site event execution and cross-functional team collaboration (Legal, Compliance, R&D, Marketing).Coordinate with local agencies/suppliers and manage contracts, invoices, and expenses.Ensure compliance approvals and event closure, including CMS reporting.Provide on-site support at regional and national meetings (travel up to 30%). Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of experience in event/course organization, with a preference for candidates who have experience in spine-related events and a background in the healthcare or MedTech industry.Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, internal teams, external partners, and event participants.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Exceptional organizational, project management, and event coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks.Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and foster effective teamwork across departments.This is a full-time, hybrid role (requiring at least 2 days per week in the office) for candidates located in the Greater Boston area.If you are passionate about organizing and executing impactful events, collaborating across teams, and ensuring seamless event logistics, we invite you to join icotec as an Event Specialist.
