Job Title & Specialty Area: Meeting Preparation CoordinatorDepartment: Food ServiceLocation: Plano, TXShift: Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm with potential over timeJob Type: On-SiteResponsibilities:* Set up meeting/conference rooms according to specified instructions.* Manage inventory of chairs, tables, and linen for meeting/ conference rooms.* Requests work orders to repair broken tables and/or chairs.* Provide catering/banquet support as needed.* Clean meeting/ conference room prior to and after each event.WORK EXPERIENCE* At least 1 year banquet room set up experience preferred* At least 1 year experience in healthcare setting preferredEDUCATION* High school diploma or equivalent required* Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferredLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS* Texas Driver License required* Obtain Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire, and maintain current status thereafter requiredA Place Where You BelongWe put our people first.
