Pikemann is seeking a talented Melt Shop Manager to work for our client in Plymouth UT. Our client has been in business for over 100 years and offers a wide range of products from raw materials to finished steel products.This position will focus on taking care of our client's customers by working as a member of the leadership team to continually improve our safety, environmental efforts, quality, costs, productivity and profitability. This individual will be responsible for the growth and development of the Melt/Cast Team consisting of over 400 people.

Your ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum of three years' experience with EAF and Casting Leadership
- Possesses thorough understanding of Melting & Casting operations, scrap, alloy & refractory inventory management, and all associated processes
- Prior Steel industry leadership experience
- Possesses strong technical background in operations or maintenance
- Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience
