You will become well-versed in our industry, products, and services (electric, telecommunications, natural gas, and propane) and will be an expert at providing guidance and resolutions to our members.In this role, you will act as an advocate, dedicated to finding solutions that meet our members' needs and expectations.As a Member Engagement Specialist, your daily tasks will vary, ensuring that no two days are exactly alike.
