We combine ML and accounting expertise to build systems that do real work on behalf of our users and are in production today.We have hit product market fit, have more demand than we can meet, and are now scaling to see out the long-term vision. Location: NYC, Flatiron office. In-person team.About the roleYou will be responsible for owning our applied research efforts on agent abstractions, model orchestration, post-training techniques (fine-tuning, RL etc.), prompt optimization, etc. You'll work closely with the agent design and world modeling teams to iterate and improve on our multi-agent architectures.What we look for
  • Experienced: 5+ years of performing ML related research work; open to exceptional candidates with fewer years and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Low-ego: The nature of applied ML research has changed, we want people who can accept that many things they might have done and excelled at previously may not be relevant anymore.
  • First principles reasoner: Able to break complex concepts down to their fundamental elements and then build from there
  • Leader: Knows what needs to get done and how to get there
