Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Venture Capitalist or Tech Operator with extensive technology relationships, ideally based in Silicon Valley. Our Real Estate investment thesis focuses on residential real estate in US tech-centered cities (Silicon Valley, NY, and Austin) as we believe the wealth creation from deep tech will continue to drive our economy. Our investment thesis attracts investors who are often involved in technology, offering them valuable diversification.

As an Advisory Board Member, you will serve as a trusted confidant of the firm. Your extensive network and industry experience will be instrumental in helping us scale and succeed in increasing our assets under management. At the same time, you will gain investment insights from our seasoned executives who were previously CEOs and Managing Partners across some of the most respected hedge funds, pension funds and investment banks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to support the firm's growth
• Invest in our Real Estate strategy
• Assist in fundraising activities by leveraging your relationships with accredited investors and smaller institutional investors

Qualifications

• Alignment with our mission statement as detailed on our website
• 20+ years as a C-suite executive from VC, PE or Real Estate development
• Impeccable professional and academic backgrounds
• Demonstrated track record of philanthropy, as we donate 10% of our profits to charity

Compensation

Revenue sharing with the General Partner's economics from traditional Private Equity Real Estate funds or fee based on fundraising activities.
