Member Resource Call Center Specialist Training & Employment organization is seeking a Member Resource Specialist to support Call Center and administrative duties. Position includes a comprehensive union benefits package which includes - No Cost Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement and a Childcare fund after qualifying employment waiting period Salary Range $40,600 - $50, 700 depending on experience Responsibilities:* Provide high-quality member service to stakeholders through call center support, computer assistance and in-person interactions* Answer heavy call volume on the call center on assigned days. Answer questions and route calls to appropriate staff* Assist applicants with completing employment applications, assist with screening applicants for Training eligibility requirements and collecting appropriate documentation; verify information, scan, upload, make copies of documents, support walk-in stakeholders as necessary* Schedule intake appointments* Provide assistance at reception area, as needed* Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
