While demonstrating Organizational Excellence, this position will be responsible for the following outcomes:
  • Meeting Branch Deposit and loan goals as assigned and measured by sales reports
  • Meeting established member relationship management standards to include onboarding programs, outbound sales call and referrals to other business lines
  • Accurately processing transactions efficiently while adhering to balancing and production guidelines
  • Providing best in market service to membership
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Associates Degree (or equivalency) is desired, with one-year experience as a customer service representative in either a retail establishment or financial institution in which sales was a function of the job.
  • Proven track record in member service.
  • Knowledge of deposit and loan products is required.
  • Present a professional image to the membership and community.
  • The proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management skills, apply analytical/problem solving skills and math skills. Computer proficiency required.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work as a team player, take on varied assignments and work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
