Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Member Service Manager to lead our team of seasonal part-time member service representatives. The ideal candidate will be the face of Art of Flight Golf, ensuring our members have a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with our members, assisting with their needs, and closely working with management to report weekly KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assist members with reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to our services.
- Provide information about our golf lessons, club fitting, fitness training, and membership packages.
- Process member transactions, including payments and membership renewals.
- Address member concerns, feedback, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and managing email inquiries.
- Promote our services and membership benefits to encourage member engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the facility.
- Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding member expectations.
- Manage and support a team of seasonal part-time member service representatives.
- Report weekly KPIs to management and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Follow up with leads in our CRM system and be fluent in appointment setting.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or golf-related environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf equipment and services.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and customer-centric setting.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in appointment setting.
