Key Responsibilities:? Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to members in-person, over thephone, and via digital channels.? Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, andaccount inquiries.? Educate members on our products and services to help them make informed financialdecisions. Including opening new accounts.? Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that meet members' needs andenhance their financial well-being.? Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring apositive experience with every interaction.? Adhere to regulatory compliance and security procedures to safeguard members'confidential information and mitigate risk.? Assist with back-office processing.? Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:? High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.? Prior customer service experience in a financial institution or related field is desirable.? Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize withmembers' needs.? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.? Proficiency in computer applications and technology, including Microsoft Office.? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teammembers to achieve common goals.
