Park City Credit Union is currently seeking Member Service Specialists that are self-motivated, member service driven and goal oriented to join our team!The primary focus is to assist our members with their personal financial needs over the phone, including emailing and/or texting platforms, while promoting and educating members on our financial products and services. The employee must maintain corporate professional standard levels while interacting with our members, and providing them with a high degree of accurate services in accordance with our credit union policies and procedures.Requires experience to promote Credit Union products and services to meet members needs, logging attempts appropriately and in a timely manner. Will be responsible for researching and solving member questions and/or inquiries. Maintain good member relations by effectively listening, empathizing and communicating answers to our member's questions. This includes follow up calls to ensure satisfaction.RequirementsOne-year of call center and sales experience required; experience within a financial institution is preferred. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced work environment; be self motivated and reliable to complete assigned tasks; and provide excellent member service over the phone, email and texting.
