Job Summary

The Member Services Assistant (MSA) is responsible for supporting the daily management of the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center, by maintaining a high standard of facility membership management, assisting with access to the facility, and working in the equipment center. The Member Services Assistant will develop professional skills, have opportunities for promotion, software experience and provide exceptional customer service to all members, guests, and staff.

  • Member Services Assistant: $9.50 per hour
  • 10 to 12 hours per week minimum.
  • Alternating Weekends Required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are enforced
  • Maintain high standard of customer service throughout the facility and help desks
  • Maintain safety and membership standards of the department
  • Perform daily upkeep of supplies and equipment
  • Assist the Member Services Specialist and Manager with Innosoft Fusion and daily member interaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and inventory of check out equipment
  • Report equipment needs and maintenance repairs
  • Maintain organization of the access desk, help desk and equipment center
  • Have basic knowledge and understanding of all Emergency Action Plan scenarios
  • Ability to sell products and items from the equipment center
Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Customer Service skills and experience is preferred but not required.
  • Punctuality and ability to attend mandatory meetings/trainings.
