RapidRatings is actively looking for an energetic Member Services Associate to join our growing Client Delivery and Operations team. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator with an eye for details, the ability to influence, and experience supporting operational initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you combine financial statement knowledge with solid critical thinking skills, and fluency in Italian, this position offers you several great opportunities. You will:

* Expand your experience by engaging with private companies around the world to enable their participation in our clients' risk management programs. This role will work with senior management from private companies to facilitate the submission of confidential financial information, guiding these individuals through our programs, models, and process

* Have influence by facilitating the submission of confidential financial information from senior management as well as identifying and overcoming roadblocks efficiently and professionally

* Develop into a Program Expert by introducing and explaining our business model, products, and processes to private companies. The person best suited for this role will be comfortable moving quickly and managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

* Anticipated Start Date: November 4 or 11, 2024

Salary - $55,000 base plus OT and incentive

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. In addition, to be a good fit for the Member Services Associate opportunity, you will have:

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of work experience

* Prior experience in a client interaction role is ideal. Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients

* Experience working with financial statements preferred

* Ability to prioritize and organize high volume work

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

* Fluent in Italian

In addition, success will require the following core characteristics:

* Strong written and oral communication skills and can communicate effectively across all levels, including clients and prospective clients

* Customer oriented; tactfulness and courtesy

* Excellent diligence and analytical skills

Note: Our Quincy office is open with continued options of hybrid on-site/remote working. We understand each person's circumstances may be unique and we will work with you to explore suitable options. For anyone in the Greater Boston area, the expectation on this role is 2 days a week in the office to interact with other team members.

For applicants outside of the Greater Boston area (90+ minute commute), the role will be considered fully remote.
