MJHS companies are qualified employers under the Federal Government's Paid Student Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) Responsibilities: Responds to member and provider inquires and requests concerning benefits, claims and complaints within a call center environment in order to ensure high quality customer service to members and providers. Receives calls from members and providers. Responds to customers complaints and grievances. Records all calls and detail. Receives requests for adjustments on claim issues. Receives requests for disenrollment. Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 6 months call center experience
  • Microsoft Word
  • Excellent skills in telephone communication and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a fast-paced environment
