TEKsystems is hiring for customer service representatives to join our team in Bloomington. This role requires candidates to pick up equipment onsite in Bloomington then allows candidates to work from home. Candidates MUST be local

Description:

- Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.

- Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.

- They will allow people to work remotely after a day or so of training, but all candidates MUST be able to go work in the office at a moments notice.

Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm , training 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Skills & Qualifications:

Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite.

1+ year of call center experience.

Ability to type 35+ WPM

High School Diploma

Candidates must have an ethernet internet connection and a private work area to be able to work from home.
