Job Type Part-time Description The Westfield Area YMCA is looking for reliable, friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our Member Services department in our Cranford location! We offer a fun, positive and inclusive work environment. The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting members, guests and other staff at the Welcome Center with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Enrolling new members and assisting current members with any changes to membership/enrollment
- Resolving member problems and concerns
- Answering phones and directing calls, as necessary
- Accurately processing payment for membership and program registration
- Assisting with special events, as needed
