Front Desk Associate
The primary function of the Member Services Associate is to greet and service members, guests and staff in a professional, upbeat manner that is encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. This person is the brain of Gold's Gym Fairport and is responsible for knowing everything about the club and its offerings, providing assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative and cleaning duties. You must have a strong ability to multi-task.
This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of cash processing procedures and computer skills is required.
