At Power4 Pilates, we are dedicated to helping people breathe, move, feel, and live better in their everyday life. We are a high-volume, full-service Reformer Pilates Studio offering both group classes and private sessions. We offer 7 formats and 15 group classes per day, 7 days a week. As the Member Specialist, you are focused on creating a positive experience by providing an exceptional level of customer service to both members and guests. You are also responsible for the overall cleanliness of the studio and equipment. The Member Specialist will be under direct supervision of the Assistant General Manager and functions to aid the team in coordinating members and prospective members for classes and services. This position has the potential for growth based on experience and performance. Must be willing to work weekends.Role and Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm welcome, providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow opening and closing procedures depending on shift time.
- Understand how to interpret member accounts including bookings and invoices.
- Respond to customer service inquiries from members via text and email.
- Thoroughly understand and assist with member and guest issues/escalations.
- Complete all cleaning responsibilities every shift which include floors, bathrooms, and equipment.
- Organize and tidy areas of the studio when downtime permits.
- Make cold towels throughout the day.
- Assist the AGM with various matters.
- Attend weekly 1-on-1 meetings with AGM.Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and studio team members.
- Self-starter, problem solver, multi-tasker.
