Member Support Representative - Boyne City Great Lakes Energy is looking for a member support representative to support and coordinate broad functions of member service in our Boyne City location. A Day in The Life of a Member Service Coordinator Member support at GLE is all about variety. You will be responsible for bill calculation, reviewing member account reports, processing ACH and credit card payments, and refunding credit balances, along with a variety of other tasks. You are also frontline staff to assist in processing in-office member payments and resolving member contacts as well as supporting the dispatch department when widespread activity leads to higher power outage and quality call volume. Who You Are You're the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking is second nature to you. You like variety in your day and feel accomplished after a hard day's work. You're familiar with a variety of computer programs and you find it easy to communicate with others without face-to-face contact when necessary. Teamwork is important to you, and you enjoy jumping in and helping wherever you are needed.
