As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, assisting with membership inquiries, processing payments, accepting reservations, and providing general administrative support. With your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask, you'll ensure that every member's experience at our facility is exceptional. - Greet members and guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their fitness journey from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Assist with membership inquiries, process payments, and accept reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide information and assistance over the phone, in person, and through email correspondence.
- Conduct tours of our facilities and enroll new members, guiding them through the process with patience and expertise.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including restocking supplies and performing tasks to maintain a pristine environment.
- Serve as a first responder in medical or building emergencies, following our Emergency Response Plan to ensure the safety of all.
- Stay informed about classes, activities, and special events at our facility, providing helpful information and assistance to members and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our center.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience and cash handling experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
