Membership Manager Mission Control LLC is seeking a dedicated Membership Manager to support one of our full-service nonprofit clients. This position works closely with the Executive Director to enhance member engagement, oversee membership records, and coordinate with committees and volunteers. Key Responsibilities: Member Engagement & Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement, track trends, and analyze feedback to drive future initiatives. Membership Management : Oversee all aspects of membership processes, including applications, renewals, and data management. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records while preparing regular reports on membership metrics. Volunteer Coordination : Serve as the primary liaison between committees, volunteers, and the Executive Director. Support the recruitment and coordination of volunteers for membership initiatives and events. Event Planning : Assist in planning and coordinating membership events. Attend board and membership meetings to support discussions and initiatives related to membership. Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop resources and communication strategies aimed at increasing member satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience : 2-4 years of experience in membership management, nonprofit operations, or a related field. Experience with membership databases and data management is essential. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the healthcare or physical therapy industry is a plus. Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in using membership databases and CRM systems. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range : $55,000-$61,000 Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plan options.
