- Deliver Top-Notch Service: Ensure all team members consistently provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and Lead Your Team: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise front desk and membership sales staff. Manage scheduling and performance to ensure high standards.
- Drive Growth: Develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies to boost membership and sales while retaining existing members.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the director to create and update an annual marketing and sales plan, complete with targets, budget, and specific activities.
- Marketing Execution: Launch and manage both internal and external marketing strategies to surpass sales goals.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with communications and social media teams to execute compelling sales plans.
- Promote Programs: Partner with other managers and staff to highlight and promote fee-based programs and services.
- Engage with the Community: Represent PWC/PRFC at community events and lead initiatives to enhance member engagement and referrals.
- Optimize Member Relations: Develop systems to gather and act on member feedback, manage prospects, and recapture canceled memberships.
- Maintain Accuracy: Ensure precise record-keeping for members and guests, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and the member management system.
- Adhere to Standards: Follow membership policies and ensure compliance with Medical Fitness Association Facility Certification and Culpeper Wellness Foundation standards.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee Caf and Pro Shop inventory, ensuring alignment with sales projections and budget.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain food services in the Caf to meet Virginia Health Department standards.
- Be a Leader: Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled and perform other duties as needed.
