Customer Service Representative Location: Onsite - West Plains, MO Hourly Rate: $12.30 (Monthly bonus commission available.) The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by educating members about our products, verifying their information, and ensuring a positive experience. The role also includes managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate member records. AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) - the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance. Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative will educate members via phone, email, or postal mail about products and services. Verify and update membership information for retention purposes. The Customer Service Representative handles payments and correct membership information as needed. Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns. The Customer Service Representative reviews and explains membership Terms and Conditions. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with general office equipment (fax machines, copiers, multi-line phones, etc.). Understanding of membership processes, procedures, and in-house systems. Why Choose GMR?
