The Dimensions Program Manager (Memory Care Director) role owns the financial, physical and programmatic operations our Memory Care to meet the resident's needs and expectations at our senior living community in Naples, Florida. Starting at $24/hr this position includes:
- Full time- 80 hours per pay period
- Day shift hours, occasional early evenings
- Assist with on call staffing rotation
- Holidays as needed; One weekend day a month for Manager on Duty shift

- Provides leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and/or students.
- Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer happiness.
- Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program.
- Develop program and activities reflective of Dimensions Community/Unit resident interests.
- In conjunction with the Executive Director (ED) and DHS/DON, develops budget, routinely coordinates financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records.
- Supports a marketing plan sought at full occupancy.
Required:
- Associates's Degree Required
- 1 Year experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- High level interpersonal skills and ability to interact efficiently with older adults
- Active Driver's License
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years experience with memory care individuals
