Capstone Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing has openings for great, energetic and passionate Resident Assistants to assist with resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility. With its home-like atmosphere, and unwavering commitment to each resident and staff member, you will feel right at home with us.
Behavior support staff duties include:
- Supervise residents in common areas
- Ensure residents have snacks and drinks per diet and document intakes
- Excellent customer service with on-going measured customer satisfaction
- Keep residents entertained with activities
- Multi-tasking and teamwork with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff, and the Interdisciplinary Team
Behavior support staff requirements include:
- Excellent work ethic
- Must have up-to-date MMR vaccination & physical
- Multi-tasking
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Previous experience with residents with cognitive deficits preferred
