MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license.
3. Emergency Vehicle Operator Certification (EVOC) obtained within 2 weeks of hire date.
EXPERIENCE:
1. 1 year inventory and stocking experience.
2. 6 months inventory and loss control experience.

1. Stock EMS vehicles, equipment and supplies as directed.
2. Inventory and/or documentation and/or restocking of medication used by EMS clinicians.
3. Receives, prioritizes, and assigns work as appropriate. Ensure work is completed within specified time frame. Ensure work is properly documented. Provide copies of completed, regulated work to supervisor.
4. Orders supplies and materials for various projects and work orders through logistics coordinator as needed.
5. Maintains a working relationship with supervisors, staff, and partners.
6. Promotes an environment of teamwork, customer service and positive communication.
7. Coordinates daily operations within the departments to achieve the needs to respond quickly to specific maintenance needs.
8. Stocks and inventories bins/bags/kits used to supply ambulances.
9. Assigns units and equipment to oncoming crews.
10. Cleans incoming ambulances in preparation for next crew.
11. Performs light maintenance checks on vehicles (including but not limited to checking fluid levels, adding fluids, replacing lights).
12. Performs periodic detailing of vehicles.
13. Maintains inventory controls/tracking.
14. Pull and match orders as needed.
15. Delivers orders to appropriate location.
16. Updates inventory processes/documentation for material/supply tracking, rotation, destruction, and reorder points.
17. Establishes and maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
18. Notifies appropriate personnel of back orders, shortages and takes appropriate actions.
19. Monitors products for outdates and takes appropriate actions.
20. Initiates and responds to product recalls and expiration dates.
