MEN'S LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT (Year round, Full-Time) Royal Poinciana Golf Club seeks a passionate and highly motivated service professional who enjoys making each moment special and memorable for Members and guests. SUMMARY: The Men's Locker Room Attendant will greet the Club's Members and guests and assure that service satisfaction standards are consistently attained. This position will serve cocktails and maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of the locker room facility. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Provides a strong pr ofessional leadership to ensure the locker room presents a positive, welcoming and friendly image to members and their guests• Promotes ongoing dialogue and rapport with Club members• Performs duties of locker room staff as needed which includes washing and folding towels, keeping the bathroom supplies full, cleaning of shoes, and setting up, maintaining, and breaking down refreshment areas• Places miscellaneous items in lockers• Communicates with Pro Shop and Food & Beverage Departments when necessary• Ensures the safety and security of all Members' and guests' personal property• Resolves Member and guest complaints and reports such to the Director of Golf and/or General Manager• Assures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followedRequirementsJob Requirements:
- One year experience at an upscale private club as a locker room attendant is preferred.
