The Program Manager (IL) will provide general leadership and management over the specific?service area. This position will serve as a liaison between the State Director and assigned location supervisors. This staff will also work closely with the area Human Resource Manager and Financial Director in order to coordinate services. The Program Manager will possess an understanding of all mental health and developmental services and will need to be fully knowledgeable of complex human services operations. This role will also play an active part in the interdisciplinary team. RequirementsAssist State Director Oversee all functions within assigned location Maintain relationships by continuous outreach and networking efforts with LME's, Community Collaboratives Participant in state and local audits?as required Research and update staff on state changes and inform appropriate staff in regard to new service definitions Assist State Director in implementing new programs as outlines in the company's Strategic Plan Coordinate with Lead Therapist and Supervise Lead Case Manager (individual and group -PSR/OPT)? Oversee administrative office manager, compliance auditor and utilization manager.?? Collaborate with area Human Resources representative to provide oversight for facilitating the agency's evaluation process for all staff in assigned location Assist State Director with ensuring team is fully staffed with qualified and fully trained professionals Assist State Director with managing a team of competent professionals and implement effective staffing patterns that meets the agency's individual needs. Build and manage teams with high morale and high efficiency Collaborate with State Director regarding but not limited to: weekly billing, payroll, timesheets etc. Collaborate with area Human Resources representative and Lead Case Manager regarding but not limited to: orientation, new employees, trainings, Disciplinary Actions, etc. and the Clinical Lead regarding but not limited to: training, clinical supervision, clinical needs of clients and therapists Schedule and provide monthly meetings for all staff? Assist IL State Director by attend provider fairs / Outreach/ Co-locations / Marketing? Assist IL State Director when necessary, attend meetings not limited to school, treatment/plan team meetings? Monitor and review incident reports?with department supervisors Assist area Human Resources representative with reviewing Disciplinary Actions and conduct investigations? Review supervision forms/agendas, staff meeting agendas with CM Lead / Case Workers? Review employee training monitor sheet? Provide a flexible schedule as this position may require more than 40 hours a week Comply with Carolina Therapeutic Services, Inc. policies and procedures?? Maintain required trainings of Carolina Therapeutic Services, Inc. and state?? Any other requirements deemed by IL State Director / Chief Clinical Officer and/or Executive Board Case Management Maintain an hourly billable caseload of 25 per week Initiates and implements new referrals and intakes Coordinates with the Lead Team Supervisor regarding assessment activities for initial referrals Completing the initial development and ongoing revision of the Treatment Plan and ensuring its implementation Consulting with identified medical (for example, primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (for example, DSS, school, DJJDP) providers, engaging community and natural supports, and including their input in the person-centered planning process Maximizing services for consumer needs to ensure continuity of care Conducting monthly outcome summaries and progress of consumer goals. Maintain 100% authorizations on all consumers within team Create/Review Schedules for all team members. Provide routine monitoring or services being rendered by team members for quality assurance. Deliver direct care services. Maintain/Audit all team member consumer charts for 100% compliance. Reports to IL State Director on a weekly basis on progress or regress of team case load. Coordinating behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other professionals and team members. Monitoring and documenting the status of the recipient's progress and the effectiveness of the strategies and interventions outlined in the consumer's treatment plan. Provider Responsibilities Responsible to ensure that services are provided in a manner, which meets all applicable regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations. Participates in multi-disciplinary staffing. Attends all appropriate in-services, workshops, or continuing education programs. Responsible for keeping client medical record charts and their own personnel file information up to date in a timely manner. Maintains strict confidentiality according to all Federal and State guidelines and requirements. Exemplifies personal and professional conduct. Upholds the Professional Code of Ethics. Maintains a cooperative relationship with employees, medical staff and others. Adheres to and supports facility policies, programs and activities. Demonstrates tact, courtesy, and a positive approach to communication and interaction with other employees, visitors, physicians, etc. Responsible for personal development to ensure current knowledge in the profession. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and drug free environment. Willingness to work beyond what is required periodically and travel for continuing education hours. Maintain service notation that meets agency notation standards, Medicaid standards, and/or any other auditing agency such as the LME. (For timeliness, quality, and completeness). This notation must include: 1) the purpose of contact; 2) describes the provider's interventions; 3) effectiveness of the intervention; 4) the time spent performing the intervention; and 5) signature (degree/credentials or position) of person providing service. Must be available in the on-call rotation for 24/7-365 days per year first responder coverage. Must maintain the flexibility to respond to client needs and crisis situations beyond the agencies normal working hours. Deliver services in various environments, such as homes, schools, jails (for state funds only), homeless shelters, etc. Perform any other job-related duties as specified by supervisor. QualificationsMaster's Degree with a minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in the Human Services field? One year of management/supervisory experience (preferred) Possess both problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Possess excellent communication and documentation skills.? Possess a valid driver's license
