$10,000 Sign-on Bonus Available!Our job is hope.Join a purpose-driven community of champions.Position Purpose: Provide mental health treatment services for clients and their families in an outpatient setting to decrease hospitalization, crisis episodes and to increase community functioning in order for the client to achieve rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a member of the outpatient clinical team.Job Qualifications/Requirements:Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field.Hold a current tLMHC or LMSW Iowa license orBe independently licensed in Iowa as a LISW, LMFT or LMHC (preferred).Proficiency in using common computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.Skilled in navigating and documenting within electronic healthcare records systems.Capable of completing required documentation accurately and within established timeframes.Experienced in providing individual, family, and group counseling.Collaborative team player with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance.Essential Responsibilities:Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups as needed.Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.Schedule:Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-5PMWork Location: Rosecrance New Life, Davenport, IABenefits: Rosecrance values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Salary based on education, experience, and credentialsMedical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options to meet your needs401(k) plan with employer match and discretionary employer contributionGroup Life Insurance including LTD and AD&DTuition assistance and licensure/certification reimbursementPaid Time Off, sick time, bereavement leaveReferral program earning up to $1,000 per hire!Wellness planDaily pay available through financial wellness provider: UKG WalletAbout Us:Rosecrance has been at the forefront of providing behavioral health services for over a century.
