Mental Health Counselor

We are excited to invite a dedicated Mental health counselor to join our practice. We are a small group practice with a family feel. Our practice is located steps from the beach in Long Beach, NY. Sari Klar Holistic Psychotherapy focuses on connecting with our clients using our clinical skills along with alternative healing techniques.

The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate therapist looking to connect with a supportive community of clinicians and has a desire to help individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health conditions. We are looking for a therapist that can work in our office and enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults.

Job Description:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with children, teens and adults.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of mental health professionals.
• Collaborate with our community of therapists.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Required:

Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling

Knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and crisis intervention strategies -
