Mental Health Therapist/Clincian Job Type: Full-time (Part-time available) Job Description Community Services Institute (CSI) is searching for Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to join our behavioral/mental health team in Boston and Springfield. Our clinicians provide client-centered therapy services to adults, adolescents, and children via telehealth or in-person modalities. Clinician's must be familiar with trauma-informed treatments for families facing systemic barriers and mental/behavioral health challenges. Clinicians are tasked with completing paperwork in a timely manner (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans), and will be offered support as needed for the administrative aspects of community mental health. About us: CSI was one of the first outpatient community mental health clinics to offer home-based therapy to families facing barriers to mental health care. CSI's community outreach model started after long-term psychiatric hospitals were shut down in the 60's-70's and replaced with outpatient mental health services. For nearly four decades CSI has remained dedicated to social justice and delivering therapy in accessible ways regardless of a person's circumstance. CSI clinicians have the flexibility of a hybrid model seeing clients virtually, in-office, and in community settings. Who we're looking for: Clinicians who will provide psychotherapy and consultation to children, individuals, couples, and families.Collaborate with CSI's psychiatry and Therapeutic Mentor program Self-motivated fee-for-service clinician who enjoys flexibility in scheduling Complete assessments and develop goal-directed treatment plans Some evenings required to accommodate clients' work and school schedules Maintain 22 billable therapy and consult hours per week Qualifications: Masters' Degree (60 credit minimum) in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field Eligible for LICSW, LMHC or LMFT Bilingual highly desirable (Spanish/English) Culturally fluent Massachusetts CANS certification required What we offer: Outpatient/Outreach clinicians are paid an hourly rate based upon experience, licensure, and bilingual Supervision hours for Licensure Flexible scheduling: clinicians set their own schedules Training stipends are available during the first 6 weeks of training and case building Comfortable, sanitized, well supplied, modern offices and waiting room Health insurance benefits including dental, medical, and vision Company sponsored life insurance 401K Plan Financial advising Initial on boarding stipends available during the first 6 weeks of training and case building Professional development assistance An experienced and passionate team of behavioral/mental health professionals Bi-weekly bonus of an additional $5.00 per hour for the following services Client paperwork/documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner Productivity during the pay period exceeds 50 hours and notes have been entered on time Community Services Institute strives to build a team of providers as diverse as the population we serve.
