Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Counselor at Strong Minds LLC. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, providing mental health counseling, conducting psychology assessments, offering one-on-one counseling, and managing cases to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling
• Active and valid Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York
• Valid NYS Driver License
• Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
• Mental Health and Psychology expertise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in providing individual therapy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Preferred CBT, DBT, EMDR training
