As we expand our services, we invite you to be part of a transformative journey that changes lives.Why Join Us?Impact Lives: Play a pivotal role in helping individuals navigate their challenges and achieve greater independence.Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy company-paid health insurance options, a 403(b) retirement plan, life insurance, and more.Supportive Environment: Join a team that values collaboration, professional development, and a shared commitment to excellence.What You'll Do:As the Program Manager, you will:Lead with Purpose: Oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health services and support our clinical team in providing evidence-based care.Develop & Inspire: Mentor and supervise clinical staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring compliance with agency standards.Manage Budgets & Resources: Develop and oversee the annual budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize our impact.Ensure Compliance: Stay abreast of regulations and ensure our program meets all licensing and accreditation standards.Innovate Programs: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create therapeutic programs tailored to the unique needs of our residents.Communicate Effectively: Act as the liaison between your team and upper management, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration.Who You Are:You are a dedicated mental health professional with:3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a mental health or forensic setting.A Master's degree in a relevant field (Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) and licensed eligible status.Strong skills in budgeting, crisis intervention, and program evaluation.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.Work Qualifications:Ability to understand agency billing and reimbursement regulations such as Medicaid, Medicare, and HUD.Ability to respond to stressful and crisis situations in a calm and professional manner.Demonstrate knowledge of computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and online clinical and administrative systems.Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships while addressing complex and sensitive administrative and clinical issues.Physical Demands:Requires some lifting of individuals, groceries, etc.Intensive physical intervention of hazardous behaviors and assistance with care of the individuals.Ready to Make a Difference?If you are ready to take on this rewarding challenge and lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment, apply today!
