Job Description:
This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus. You will get half once you are hired on and get the other half after 6 months of employment.As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions for patients in a community health setting.   • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for patients referred to care, ensuring services are aligned with best practices and professional standards.
  • Maintain a caseload, delivering competent, timely care and ensuring accurate documentation of diagnostics and treatment plans.
  • Interact with patients, families, and colleagues in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner, aiming to understand and support each patient's unique needs.
  • Work actively and cooperatively within and across departments, contributing to a positive team dynamic and organizational goal.
  • Utilize effective, culturally sensitive communication skills to interact with diverse individuals verbally and in writing.

  • Proficient in diagnosing mental health conditions using the DSM-5

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Does not supervise other staff.

Work EnvironmentPrimary environment is clinical office and home office. This role requires regular walking. This role may come into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses.Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

  • Masters Level licensed mental health professional
  • LGSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, LMFT
  • LICSW preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English or Hmong/English preferred
