Description Average salary is $61,380.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) This position has hybrid capabilities in the Hays area As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. You will work in-home, guiding families toward safe and stable environments.
