Job Description:

Preferred candidates will also have amitment to learning and actively engaging in anti-racist practices. To ensure equity in access to services, team members are expected to be available for at least one evening per week as needed. Required Education and Experience Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Minimum of practicum experiences during training focused on the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and families with serious developmental, emotional and behavioral problems. Actively working to obtain 3000 hours of supervised experience toward independent licensure in the State of Washington. May work evening & weekends as required. Required Credentials This job requires 1 of 5 licenses: Licensed in Washington State as a Mental Health Counselor Associate. Licensed in Washington State as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. Licensed in Washington State as an Independent Clinical Social Work Associate. Social Worker Associate Advanced License (SA). Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration within 60 days of employment start date; Will obtain Associate level licensure listed above within 120 days of employment. For staff that work in schools, prior to the start of employment, individuals are required to submit a copy of a receipt directly to Human Resources (electronically) confirming they havepleted the fingerprinting process as outlined by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). Preferred Experience with multi-system involved children with severe behavioral problems and/or developmental disabilities. Experience with the mental health system of care and Washington State Mental Health WACs. Experience with evidence based practice. Compensation Range $37.85 - $56.78 per hour Salary Information Thispensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
