Our ACT Team provides comprehensive, person-centered care to individuals living with severe mental health and substance use needs, delivering services right where they live and work. Professional Growth : You'll enjoy regular supervision, training, and career advancement opportunities, along with up to $65/week toward clinical supervision for licensure. You will be supported in your professional journey. What You'll Do: As a Licensed Therapist, each day, you will see 4-5 clients, providing critical services to clients living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and other complex needs. You will also: Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention in community settings. Consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process. Collaborate with the ACT Team to develop individualized treatment plans and manage client care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Welligent EMR. Participate in daily morning team meetings and case reviews to ensure continuity of care and quality service delivery. Qualifications: Licensed or provisionally licensed in North Carolina (LCSW-A, LPC, LMFT-A, LCMHC-A, etc.). Comfortable working in the community, hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and current vehicle insurance. Passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and supporting their journey toward healing and empowerment. Personal transportation is required for fulfilling job responsibilities. Exceptional Benefits Await You: You'll earn a competitive hourly salary between $47,000 and $63,000 based on your experience and licensure, with a Monday-Friday schedule and daily travel.
