Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment team. Our ACT Team provides comprehensive, person-centered care to individuals living with severe mental health and substance use needs, delivering services right where they live and work. Multidisciplinary Support : You'll work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, qualified professionals, and substance use specialists who share your commitment to client care. Our integrated approach means you and our clients are always supported. Advocacy with Integrity : You'll champion clients' rights and preferences, ensuring that their voices are heard and respected. You will empower them to build meaningful connections and navigate their recovery journey. We operate with the highest level of integrity and ethics in everything we do, ensuring that the care we provide is rooted in respect, trust, and compassion. Professional Growth : You'll enjoy regular supervision, training, and career advancement opportunities, along with up to $65/week toward clinical supervision for licensure. You will be supported in your professional journey. What You'll Do: As a Licensed Therapist, each day, you will see 4-5 clients, providing critical services to clients living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and other complex needs. You will also: Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention in community settings. Consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process. Collaborate with the ACT Team to develop individualized treatment plans and manage client care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Welligent EMR. Participate in daily morning team meetings and case reviews to ensure continuity of care and quality service delivery. Qualifications: Licensed or provisionally licensed in North Carolina (LCSW-A, LPC, LMFT-A, LCMHC-A, etc.). Comfortable working in the community, hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and current vehicle insurance. Passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and supporting their journey toward healing and empowerment. Personal transportation is required for fulfilling job responsibilities. Exceptional Benefits Await You: You'll earn a competitive hourly salary between $47,000 and $63,000 based on your experience and licensure, with a Monday-Friday schedule and daily travel.
