Young House Family Services is looking for a licensed therapist to join our team to provide assessments and therapy to children, adults & families in Southeast Iowa. **Pay will be based on experience and caseload.**Position requirements may include, but not limited to:Complete a thorough assessment, including diagnosis, to determine the individual, couple, or family's specific needs. Provide necessary counseling to clients, meeting with them as scheduled to assist in establishing and meeting their treatment goals.Complete all paperwork responsibilities accurately and timely. Ensure that all required case file documentation is completed, including social history, treatment plan, assessments, session notes, discharge summaries, as well as any other required case documentation. Maintain required caseload and direct billable hours as established by Young House Family Services. Establish and maintain relationships with schools and other community resources for referral base and collaboration in meeting clients' goals.
